Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal). Upon closure, any verified real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via the available withdrawal method, following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
